New blog & some other stuff

After Tumblr died, I wanted to stay on a blog type website, and Blogspot is essentially the only blog which allows pornography still (at least until Pillowfort is released), so I've decided to switch to it. Most animators have moved to twitter or Patreon, but I don't really like twitter, and I don't really think my stuff is worth paying for, so no Patreon either. It kind of sucks because Tumblr was such a unified place, and now everything has scattered all over the place, and it's hard to follow a bunch of different people now. Everything that was on my Tumblr is on my Mega drive, which is public and a link is posted on the side bar, and will include any future stuff I make. I've also got links to other platforms I'm gonna try to stay active on, but for now it's just Deviantart and Rule34. I'll occasionally check Tumblr for messages, but I'm not really gonna post there anymore.

At any rate, I haven't really posted stuff in a while because I've been learning blender, and have transitioned away from SFM. A lot of ideas I had about stuff I wanted to do in SFM would end up not working, and I'd waste tons of hours before I realized half way through that what I was trying to do was impossible. I might still make a few simple renders/animations in SFM if there's an SFM exclusive model, but otherwise, Blender is the future. One of the big problems was that I really want to do more foot fetish related content, but very few SFM models actually have bare feet. Or, if they do have bare feet, it's only available if the model is also fully nude. I don't know about anyone else, but foot fetish stuff is more attractive if the girl is still clothed. And as if head hacking wasn't clunky enough, trying to "foot hack" an SFM model was literally aids. Among other problems, Blender solves all of these. My last render for an image set I've made in Blender is finishing, and the difference in quality is mind blowing. The only real downside is that the render times are significantly longer. For just a single image render (albeit at about the highest quality you can make) on my shitty PC took 6 hours. Even just a short looping animation at 30 fps would probably take a month to render. If I want to continue animating (and I have a couple animations I'm casually working on), I'll invariably have to find a render farm. I'll probably make a separate post on that later.

Anyways, I have a billion ideas of stuff I still want to do, but if you have suggestions (not requests) feel free to send them and maybe I'll like them and give them a shot.
